Outlook Empty Folders in Shared Mailbox
This issue happens when you are viewing the contents of the folders from a shared mailbox in Outlook Classic. To resolve the issue please follow the steps below:
1. Open Outlook
2 Click File
3. Click on Account Settings and Account Settings in the opened context menu box
4. Click on Change
4. Click on More Settings
5. Click on Advanced Tab
6. Make sure to have "Download shared folders" box not checked like the pictue below and click Ok.
8. Restart Outlook. After restart, Outlook will resync with the shared mailboxes and folders. The contents of the folders will be populated with emails.
