Signing in to Teams on Polycom Deskphone

Here are the steps to sign in to your Polycom CXX505 Team's desk phone.

Please follow the steps below to sign in to your desk phone:

1. You will be greeted by the following screen below when first signing into your phone

2. You would follow the steps on the screen by opening up a browser on your computer and navigating to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin

3. If the code is not displaying, press "Refresh Code" on the phone's display to generate a new code.

4. Get back to the browser to enter the code from the phone's display

5. On the screen you want to click on your email address to confirm your account. Once the page loads you will see "Signed into authentication broker successfully".

6. The phone will sign into Teams, and you can verify on the phone's screen that you see your name and phone number.
