Microsoft Teams Call Forwarding

This article will walk you through the setup of call forwarding with Microsoft Teams.

1. Open Microsoft Teams and click on the 3-dots right next to your user icon and click on "Settings"

2. Click on "Calls" on the left-hand side setting pane

3. You can toggle the switch to on for "Forward all calls"

4. You can choose how your calls will be forwarded to a voicemail or to a phone number. If you forward to a new number or contact you will have a field to enter a phone number or contact.
