Microsoft Voicemail Set Up for Call Queue
This article will walk you through voicemail setup for a call queue.
1. Open the web browser.
2. Open a new InPrivate or Incognito window.
3. Navigate to https://teams.microsoft.com/
4. You will be greeted with the Microsoft "Sign in" window. Please enter the email that is associated with the call queue phone number. If not sure please reach out to itsupport@bellevuewa.gov. For example, for South Bellevue Community Center the email will be sbccinfo@bellevuewa.gov. Press "Next" after typing in the email address.
5. You will be prompted to enter the username and password. The username will be the email name without @bellevuewa.gov. Password will be something you have noted down in your department or you can reach out to ITSupport@bellevuewa.gov to provide.
6. When logged into Teams you will click on 3-dots in the top right corner and click on "Settings"
7. On the left-hand side setting pane click on "Calls"
8. Complete the steps for the voicemail where you can choose to record a greeting or have text-to-speech read out the prewritten greeting
