Adding Shared Mailboxes to New Outlook
When updating to the new Outlook your shared mailboxes, will not carry over automatically from Outlook Classic. You will need to add all the mailboxes manually.
1. Open the new Outlook application on your device.
2. Scroll down on the left-hand side pane until you see "Shared with me".
3. Right-click on "Shared With Me" and click on "Add shared folder or mailbox"
4. There will be a dialog box in the center that will ask for the email address. Type the email address of the shared mailbox into the box, and click on "Add"
5. A shared mailbox will appear under the "Shared with me" dropdown.
