ICM Read Only Application - Installation

ICM is currently a read only historical application that Probation staff use to review historical probation data. This application was replaced by eProbation for tracking court probation customers.

Pre-installation

Ensure MS Access 32 bit installed on system.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\MSACCESS.EXE"
Ensure user has access to the below folders:
"\\ci.bellevue.wa.us\data\Parks_Root\Parks\Apps\Probation\ICM\ICM_Converted

Installation

Place folder ICM_ReadOnly located at T:\Software\ICM\put on desktop\ on probation systems desktop for all users.

Test installation:

Have user logon to shortcuts using their local ICM account.
IT can test using the user id Kevin. Password is located in Keeper under TBS folder called ICM - Probation Access DB.

Troubleshooting

Will not work with MS Access 64-bit version of office.
May not work with Windows 11 if 32-bit access is not available.

This is a best effort application and should have been archived in 2020. Parks has not approved the archival yet.
