JDE_Resolving Unreadable Text

At times JDE web session will have unreadable garbled character text. This issue can occur in the Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers. The issue is caused by Adobe temporary folders.

To resolve the issue:

Navigate to C:\Users\CoBUser\AppData\Local\Temp where the CoBUser is a City of Bellevue login name.

You will need to delete the three folders, if you don't see all three just make sure to delete what's there:

acrord32_sbx
acrord32_super_sbx
acrocef_low

Reboot the machine
