Avigilon Blank Camera Feed
The cameras in Avigilon might go black or blank during the update and not show a live feed. This tends to happen after the software update to the Avigilon client. Network settings need to be changed.
To change the network settings, please follow these steps:
- Open the Avigilon application. Click on the settings gear icon in the upper-right corner of the Avigilon application.Client Settings
- Choose the "Client Settings" in the dropdown menu
- Choose the "Site Networking" tab in the "Client Settings" menu Site Networking
- You would have available sites on the left-hand side. Click on each site and change the connection setting from LAN to WAN in the drop-down menu
